The contact person for matters related to the protection of personal data in Survicate S.A. is the Data Protection Officer available at the following e-mail address: gdpr@survicate.com. 3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for which the application was submitted, in accordance with Article 6(1) letter f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR). If consent has been given for the processing of data in the context of future recruitments, the basis for processing is precisely this consent, in accordance with Article 6(1) letter a) of the GDPR. 4. Your personal data will be processed only by authorized employees of the Controller. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the Controller, including IT service providers Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Ireland), Google LLC as a provider of email tools and other sub-processors supporting the recruitment process like TRAFFIT Sp. z o.o. as a CRM software. 5. Your personal data may be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area), but this will be done exclusively in accordance with specific provisions of the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework (applicable in cases of data transfer to the USA). 6. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to conduct the recruitment process a maximum of 6 months from the date of its completion, and after this period for purposes and for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure potential claims until their limitation period expires (however, no longer than 3 years from the end of the recruitment process). In the case of expressing consent for the use of the application for the purposes of conducting future recruitment processes, your personal data will be stored for a period of up to 10 years. 7. The consent given for the processing of data in the context of future recruitments is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time through any contact address of Survicate (we suggest gdpr@survicate.com). 8. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer data, and object to the processing of personal data. 9. You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority when you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. 10. Your personal data will not be processed in the form of profiling.
